This is a great time in the history of real estate, for example, we have historically low interest rates. Ruth Ann Williams is a marketing specialist, an experienced negotiator, and is adamant about communication to keep you informed as to the process of marketing and selling your home or in the purchase of a home.

To that end, it is important to Ruth Ann to provide you with excellent, courteous service by helping you find the right property at the right price or to price your home to sell at the best price with the shortest time on the market. 

She is a non-attorney trained mediator and a member of the Sonoma County Community Development Commission. She has lived in Sonoma County for over 40 years. She volunteers for Sonoma County Bar Association events and is a neighborhood committee leader in case of an emergency.

Ruth Ann has worked as a paralegal for 13 years after graduating from the SSU Attorney Assistant Program. She also graduated from SSU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and went on to receive a Juris Doctorate from Empire School of Law. She is a member of National Association of Realtors and Bureau Association of Realtors.  Ruth Ann loves sports (currently learning to play new craze “pickleball”) and music.
